Ann II was born in 1733 in Louisa, Albemarle, Virginia, United States. Ann II's father was Col Robert Lewis Sr and her mother was Jane Meriwether. Her paternal grandparents were John Lewis and Elizabeth Warner. She had seven brothers and fourteen sisters, named John, William, Robert, Charles, Nicholas, James, Robert, Mary, Sarah, Jane, Elizabeth, Ann I, Mildred, Ann III, Mary, Sarah, Elizabeth, Isabella, Jane, Mildred and Isabella. She died at the age of 80 in 1813 in Spotsylvania, Spotsylvania, Virginia, United States.-
