His paternal grandfather was PHILLIP Cooksey Sr. and his paternal grandmother is SARAH; his maternal grandparents were THOMAS Smith Sr. and ALICE Paddison. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas I, Thomas II, Henry, THOMAS, Phillip, Isaac, Sarah, Mary, Catherine and Ann. He died at the age of 53 on February 7th, 1708 in Durham Parish, Charles, Maryland, United States.-
