He had seven brothers and ten sisters, named Alexander, David Franklin, Pascal, Andrew Johnson II, Owen Franklin, William Worley, John, Sarah Matilda "Doctor" "Bayne", Jemima, Matilda, Mary, Dollie "Bane", Nancy, Frances, Elvira, Vina and Margaret. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Frances.-
