Anicius Olybrius Probus

Anicius was born about 0392.¹ Anicius' father was Bishop of Limoges Ancius Adelphius Hermogenianus and his mother was Juliana Anicia Anicius. His paternal grandparents were Claudius Pontius Petronius Probus and Anicia Faltonia Proba; his maternal grandparents were Auchenius Bassus Anicus and Aurelia of Rome. He had a brother named Hermogenianus. He was the older of the two children.¹
