Joanna Dowell

Joanna was born in August 1867 in Kentucky.¹ Joanna's father was Robert Hall Dowell and her mother was Elizabeth Rachael? McCoy. Her paternal grandparents were Joel Dowell and Ann Rawlins; her maternal grandparents were John Paine McCoy and Susan Ann Kennedy. She had a sister named Sue. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 76 on April 6th, 1944 in Brandenburg, Meade Co., Kentucky. Her burial was in April 1944 in Cap Anderson Cemetery, Brandenburg, Meade Co., Kentucky.¹¹
