Elizabeth Crume

Elizabeth was born on April 19th, 1762 in Frederick Co., Virginia.¹ Elizabeth's father was Phillip Daniel Crume and her mother was Sarah Margaret Withers/Weathers. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Crume (Croome) and Elizabeth Brooks; her maternal grandparents were Ralph Withers and Patience/Margaret. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Ralph, Phillip, Daniel, Jesse, William, Moses, Isaac, Eunice, Susanna, Mary and Sarah. She was the seventh oldest of the twelve children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John, Squire, Margaret, Nancy and Keziah.
