Mary Elizabeth Carraway

Mary was born in 1651 in Lynnhaven Parish, Lower Norfolk, Virginia.¹ Mary's father was John Carraway and her mother was Ann Williams Foster. Her paternal grandparents were Roger Carraway and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Richard Foster and <Unknown>. She had a brother named John. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 41 in 1692 in Baltimore, Maryland.¹
