Aleidis van Cuijck

Aleidis was born in 1105 in Cuijk, Noord Brabant, Netherlands.¹ Aleidis' father was Hendrik van Cuijck and her mother was Countess Alveradis of Hochstaden. Her paternal grandparents were Herman van Malsen and Ida de Boulogne; her maternal grandparents were Count Gerhard of Hochstaden II and Aleydis von Wickrath. She had two brothers named Godfried and Herman. She was the youngest of the three children.
