Count Heinrich (The Fat) of Nordheim Duke of Saxony (Henry of Northeim) 
Heinrich, known as The Fat, was born in 1051 in Northeim, Hanover, Germany.1 The Fat's father was Count of Rittegau, Duke of Bavaria Otto von Northeim I and his mother was Richenza of Swabia. His paternal grandparents were Count of Rittegau Benno von Northeim and Eilika; his maternal grandparents were Duke Otto of Swabia II and Egisheim. He had a sister named Ida. He was the older of the two children. He died as a war casualty, in battle, at the age of 50 on April 10th, 1101 in Bursfelds, Germany.1 -
