Bermudo, known as El Diacono, was born in 0738.¹

Birth Notes

El Diacono's father was Duke Fruela de Cantabria and his mother was Vimara of Asturias. His paternal grandparents were Duke Pedro (The Visigoth) of Cantabria and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Alfonso of Asturias I and Hermesinda Balthes of Asturias. He had a brother named The Deacon. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 59 in 0797.²
