Qusayy, known as Mujammi, was born in 0400.1  Mujammi's father was Kilab Ibn Murra Al-Adnan and his mother was Fatima.  His paternal grandparents were Murra ibn Ka'b Al-Adnan and Hind. He had a brother named Zuhra.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 80 in 0480.1
