Ralph de Toeni VI 
Ralph was born in 1188 in Clifford Castle, Clifford, Hertfordshire, England.1 Ralph's father was Roger de Toeni and his mother was Constance de Beaumont. His paternal grandparents were Ralph de Toeni and Margaret de Beaumont; his maternal grandparents were Richard de Beaumont I and Lucie de l'Aigle. He was an only child. He died due to at sea at the age of 51 on September 29th, 1239.2 General Notes
Ralph de Toeni V, Lord of Flamstead, etc., died at sea while on his way to the Holy Land in 1239. He received from Richard, Earl of Cornwall, grant of the lordship of Bliston, and the manors of Carnanton and Helston in Trigg, Helston-Tony. He married after 1232, as her 1st husband, Petronella de Lacy, daughter of Walter de Lacy. She brought to him the manors of Brentford and Jackhull in Hereford.
