Baron of Kilton Marmaduke de Thwenge 
Marmaduke was born in 1225 in Kilton Castle, Brotton, Yorkshire, England.1 Marmaduke's father was Sir Robert de Thwenge and his mother was Matilda de Kilton. His paternal grandparents were Sir Marmaduke de Thwenge and Emma Darell; his maternal grandparents were Roger de Kilton and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Robert, Cecilia and Lucia. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 54 in December 1279 in Kilton Castle, Brotton, Yorkshire, England.1 General Notes
