Baron Simon de Pierrepont 
Simon was born in 1255 in Holme Pierrepont, Nottinghamshire, England.1 Simon's father was Lord Henry de Pierrepont and his mother was Annora Manvers. His paternal grandparents were Henry de Pierrepont and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Michael Manvers and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Roger, Robert and Edeline. He was the oldest of the five children.
