Lambert was born in 1125 in Multon, Lincolnshire, England.1   Lambert's father was Thomas de Multon and his mother was <Unknown>.  His paternal grandparents were Brictive de Multon and <Unknown>.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 44 in 1169.1
