Uda was born in 0908 in Lorraine, France.1 Uda's father was Count Gebhard de Metzgau and her mother was Uda de Saxony. Her paternal grandparents were Count Folmar de Metzgau and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents were Duke Otto (The Illustrious) Of Saxony I and Hedwige Hathui Edith Of Germany. She had three brothers named Otto, Adalbert and Godfrey. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 55 on April 7th, 0963.2 -
