Ralph de Kingsley

Ralph was born in 1170 in Kingsley, Runcorn, Cheshire, England.¹ Ralph's father was Richard de Kingsley and his mother was Joan de Sylvester. His paternal grandparents were Sir Ranulph de Kingsley and Leuca; his maternal grandparents were Alexander de Stourton and Amabilla de Silvester. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Richard, James, Emma, Avice, Amicia, Ciceley and Johanna. He was the second oldest of the eight children.
