John de Byron 
John was born in 1255 in Cadenay, Lincolnshire, England.1 John's father was John de Byron and his mother was Joan Thies Teutonick. His paternal grandparents were Robert de Byron and Maud; his maternal grandparents were Sir Baldwin Thies Teutonick and <Unknown>. He was an only child. He died at the age of 84 in 1339.1 General Notes
Lord of Clayton in 20th year of reign of Edward I. In 1313, he deeded the manor of Farlington, YKS, to Sir Richard, his son. Served with distinction in Wars of Edward I (1272-1307)
