Godfrey de Brabant 
Godfrey was born in 1186 in Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands.1 Godfrey's father was Duc Henri de Brabant I and his mother was Matilda de Boulogne. His paternal grandparents were Duc Godefroi de Louvain III and Margarethe de Limberg. He had a brother and four sisters, named Henri, Marie, Marguerite, Adelaide and Mathilde. He had a half-sister named Elisabeth. He died at the age of 67 on January 21st, 1253.1 General Notes
