Lord of Ashley Roger de Betteshorne

Roger was born in 1280 in Ashley, Stockbridge, Hampshire, England.¹   Roger's father was John de Betteshorne and his mother was Margaret.  His paternal grandparents were Renald de Betteshorne and Maude de Ivez.  He was an only child.
