Alard d'Antoing

Alard was born in 1180 in Antoing, Hainaut, Belgium.¹ Alard's father was Hugues d'Antoing and his mother was Agnès de Mons. His maternal grandparents were Seigneur Gossuin de Mons III and Beatrix de Rumigny. He was an only child.
