Russell Byron was born on March 19th, 1899 in Spencer Co, IN and his baptism took place in Census 1920. Russell Byron's father was John R. Williams and his mother was Lula J. Simpson. His maternal grandparents were William Washington Simpson and Sarah Harris. He had two brothers and a sister, named Walter Whitman, Lawrence and Essie Lee.
