Susie Mae was born in 1844. Susie Mae's father was Thomas Ray Wesley and her mother was Sarah "Sally" Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Robert "Robin" Wesley and Delilah Dye. She had nine brothers and five sisters, named Vincent Green, Guyra "Guy", George Taylor"Big Geo", Robin "Robert", Caleb, Joshua F. "Piddle Josh", Josiah "Joe", Amon, John Holman, Elizabeth "Betsey", Delia Jane, Lydia, Rebecca and Katherine "Kate". She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Lemont "Lee", Martha Jane "Patsy", Mary Elizabeth "Bettie", Peggy and Emily. She died in 1844.General Notes
