James Benjamin Weaver 
James Benjamin was born on May 9th, 1922 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. James Benjamin's father was Benjamin Uscar Zero Weaver and his mother was Florena Pearl Lashley. His paternal grandparents were Raynor W. Weaver and Sylvester 'Vesta' Mae Roberts. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Herbert Linden, Herman Sylvester, Garland Dewitt, Winfred Arnold, Durant Vernon, Edward Warren, Rowena Lois, Flora Jeanette, Gertrude Weaver and Shirley Ann. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 20 on November 8th, 1942 in North Africa. He was buried in McMannen United Methodist Church Cemetery, Durham, Durham Co, NC.General Notes
