Anne Watts 
Anne was born on December 12th, 1738 in Culpeper, Virginia.1 Anne's father was Edward Watts and her mother was Elizabeth B. Downes. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas T Watts IV and Ester Wilkins Stone; her maternal grandparents were Henry Downes and Jane. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, WIlliam, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Mary, Mildred, Sarah and Nancy. She died at the age of 59 in 1797.2 General Notes
