Spiers Walters

Spiers was born in 1782.¹ Spiers' father was John Walters and his mother was Elina Spiers. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Walters and Lucy Walker. He had three sisters named Keziah, Rhoda and Ezra. He was the second youngest of the four children.
