Presley Neville was born on July 8th, 1854 in Harrodsburg, Mercer Co., Kentucky.1 Presley Neville's father was Alexander WALLINGFORD and his mother was Eliza Gray CRAIG. His paternal grandparents were John WALLINGFORD and Prudence WILLETT. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Neville, Ann Craig and Emily Neville. He was the second oldest of the five children.-
