Sidney Vaughan

Sidney was born in 1590 in Llwydiarth, Montgomeryshire, Wales. Sidney's father was John Vaughan and her mother was Dorothy Herbert. Her paternal grandparents were Howel Vaughan and Elizabeth Hanmer. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Gaynor, Owen, Elizabeth, Dorothy, Juliana and Margaret. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
