William Underwood

William was born in 1846.¹ William's father was Julius Underwood and his mother was Mariah Hall. His paternal grandparents were Gideon Underwood and Selena Lelia. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Squire, Nathan, Henry, John, Delila, Salina A. and Sarah J.. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
