Silas Underwood

Silas was born in 1865 in KY. Silas' father was James Franklin Underwood and his mother was Nancy Ann DeWitt. His paternal grandparents were Anderson Underwood and Priscilla Milby. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Aaron, Charles, Anderson, James Thomas, Drucilla, Sarah and Bettie. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had two half-sisters named Mary E. and Sudie. He died at the age of 4 in 1869.
