Mary Jane Underwood 
Mary Jane was born on December 23rd, 1881 in LaRue Co. Kentucky.1 Mary Jane's father was George W. Underwood and her mother was Julia A. Hazlewood. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Underwood and Mary Carlile. She had four brothers and four sisters, named J. O. Cleveland, Jessie Davis, George T., Johnnie G., Margaret E., S. Tilden, Ida F. and Elizabeth Ann. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 75 on April 21st, 1957 in Louisville , Jefferson Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
