Charles Millard Underwood 
Charles Millard was born on May 18th, 1903 in Bates, Scott County, Arkansas. Charles Millard's father was Robert B Underwood and his mother was Arkadelphia, Arkansas Shoptaw. His paternal grandparents were William Berry Underwood and Judia Burnham . He had three brothers and two sisters, named William E, Birtie F, Elmer, Hattie M and Etta. He died at the age of 84 on August 2nd, 1987 in Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico. He was buried in Roswell, Chaves Co., NM - Plot: 42-N39-1.General Notes
Charles died from colon cancer just 7 months before his daughter Margaret Mae (Parks). She passed away from having breast cancer.
Charles' siblings were Elmer, Hattie, Birdie and Etta Underwood. I am not sure if he had any others.
Hattie was born on Dec. 27th and her married name was Barefield... Etta's married name was Hubble. She died April 2, 1971 in California.
Charles's step father was George Childers (Pappy).
