Earl of Northumbria Uchtred (The Bold) (Ughtred) 
Uchtred, known as The Bold, was born in 0989 in Northumberland, England.1 The Bold's father was Earl of Northumbria Waltheof and his mother was Elfeda. His paternal grandparents were High Reeve de Bamburgh Osulf and <Unknown>. He had two brothers named Ecgfrith and Eadulf I. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 29 in 1018.2
