Altha E. Tuley 
Altha E. was born on June 19th, 1867.1 Altha E.'s father was John Tuley and her mother was Lucinda Cockriel. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Cockriel and Mary Sirles. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Jacob Winfield, Jackson Stephen, William Sherman, Rebecca Jane, Mary M., Florence and Viola R. 'Olia'. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 39 on April 1st, 1907. She was buried in Garrison Chapel Cemetery, Heilman, Warrick Co, IN.1 1 General Notes
