Constance was born about 1433 in Heleigh Castle, Audley, Staffordshire, England. Constance's father was James 5Th Baron De Audley Tuchet and her mother was Eleanor De Holand. Her paternal grandparents were John 4Th Baron De Audley Tuchet and Elizabeth (Isabel) De Stafford. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Humphrey Touchet De, Edmund, Thomas, Elizabeth and Miss. She was the third oldest of the seven children.
