James Standford Tilley 
James Standford was born on February 12th, 1896 in NC and his baptism took place in Census 1910. James Standford's father was Falconer Richard Tilley and his mother was Alice G. Sloan. His paternal grandparents were James Sidney Tilley and Levana Gustine Leigh. He had a brother and four sisters, named Richard, Erma G., Mary L., Pearl and Ruth. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 73 on January 12th, 1970 in Greensboro, Guilford Co, NC. He was buried on January 14th, 1970 in Westminster Gardens Cemetery, Greensboro, Guilford Co, NC.General Notes
