Thorkel Thorgunnesen (Svend)

Thorkel was born in 1050 in Denmark.¹   Thorkel's father was Thorgaut (Fagrskinna) Ulfsson and his mother was Thorugnn Vognsson.  His paternal grandparents were Ulv Galicia and Bothild Hakonsson. He had a brother and a sister, named Astrad and Bothild.  He was the oldest of the three children.
