Sir Henry Slingsby 
Henry was born in 1560 in Scriven, Knaresborough, West Riding, Yorkshire, England.1 Henry's father was Sir Francis Slingsby and his mother was Mary de Percy. His maternal grandparents were Earl Thomas de Percy and Eleanor Harbottle. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 on December 17th, 1634 in Scriven, Knaresborough, West Riding, Yorkshire, England.1 General Notes
