Esquire of Oremsby John Skipwith 
John was born in 1351 in Skipwith, England.1 John's father was William Skipwith and his mother was Alice Hiltoft. His paternal grandparents were William Skipwith and Margaret de Ormsby Fitzsimon; his maternal grandparents were William Hiltoft and Alice de Muer. He had two sisters named Margaret and Alice. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 64 on July 15th, 1415 in Lincolnshire, England.1 General Notes
Member of Parliament, High Sheriff of Lincolnshire during the 18th year of the reign of King Richard II of England, was one of the knights for that country in Parliament during the reign of Henry V, representing Lincolnshire in The Parliaments of 1406, 1407, and 1414.
