William Edgar Skaggs 
William Edgar was born on September 10th, 1907 in Kentucky. William Edgar's father was Henry Elliott Skaggs and his mother was Ivy 'Ava' Joy Green Pierce. His maternal grandparents were William Monroe 'Rowe' Pierce and Mary Atwood Warren. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Joe Everett, Stanley, Hobert W., Katie J. and Mary Hazel. He died at the age of 74 on July 23rd, 1982 in Taylor County, Kentucky.-
