If anyone is interested Lewis Jefferson Skaggs is the son of George Beryl Skaggs and Margaret Hopkins. George Beryl Skaggs is the son of William T. Skaggs and Susanna Reeves. I have researched the William T. Skaggs for many years because I am sure that he is the brother to my David Skaggs.
