David Skaggs 
David was born in November 1863.1 David's father was William Scott Skaggs and his mother was Ellen J.. His paternal grandparents were William (Bustle) Skaggs and Martha Patsy Perry. He had two brothers and three sisters, named James, William, Parthena, Lucy and Mary. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 70 in 1933. He was buried in Dezarn Cemetery, Green County, Ky.-
