Clinton M. Simmons 
Clinton M. was born in October 1870 in White Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1900. Clinton M.'s father was Francis Simmons and his mother was Permelia 'Millie' A. Stipe. His paternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Rutha Adair. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Drewrey D., William, Elijah J., Marion Francis, Wright, Jacob, Martha J. and Mary Angaline.
