Roger Savage

Roger was born in 1503 in Clifton, Cheshire, England.¹ Roger's father was John Savage and his mother was Anne Bostock. His paternal grandparents were John Savage and Dorothy Vernon; his maternal grandparents were Ralph Bostock and Elizabeth Dutton. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Edward, George, Lawrence, Richard, Thomas, Margaret and Anne. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.
