Perry Franklin Rowell 
Perry Franklin was born on May 17th, 1909 in El Reno, Canadian Co, OK. Perry Franklin's father was James Delany Rowell and his mother was Alice Lecy Simpson. His maternal grandparents were Perry and Mary Alsie Kizar Roberts. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James Delany, Jessie L., Thomas Jackson, John Dempsey, Ruby and Gladys Pearl. He died at the age of 74 on May 31st, 1983 in Drumright, Creek Co, OK.General Notes
