Steve Elisha Roberts 
Steve Elisha was born on May 30th, 1901 in Cherokee Co, NC. Steve Elisha's father was John D. Roberts and his mother was Ollie Coleman. His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Roberts and Josephine M. Parker. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Bass, Decater, Olen, Bessie Isabelle, Clara Christine 'Tina', Mae, Ethel, Jane, Bertie and Lillie Ben. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 51 on April 12th, 1953 in Lenoir, Caldwell Co, NC.General Notes
