Gilbert Gene Roberts 
Gilbert Gene was born on December 24th, 1933 in Granville Co, NC. Gilbert Gene's father was Victor Caravan Roberts and his mother was Naomi B. Goss. His paternal grandparents were William Therophilis Roberts and Sally Rowland Forsyth. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William T., Owen Theodore, James Warren, Vexter Bryant, Betty and Sally. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 62 on June 19th, 1996 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried in Community Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Granville Co, NC.General Notes
