Edna 'Edney' Riggs 
Edna 'Edney' was born in October 1878 in Carroll Co, TN and her baptism took place in Census 1900. Edna 'Edney''s father was S. W. Riggs and her mother was Martha Jane Cary. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Harrison Cary and Polly. She had a brother and a sister, named Thomas Garfield and Cordelia. She was the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
