Vennie was born in 1914 in Dunklin Co, MO and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Vennie's father was Harrison Joshua Rhew and her mother was Mary Magnolia 'Maggie' Kroff. Her paternal grandparents were Jessie Thomas Rhew and Sarah F. Chandler. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William Bethel, Roy V., Ethel Marie, Effie Lee, Agnes, Lena and Louise.General Notes
