William Luther Reed 
William Luther was born in 1883.1 William Luther's father was Thomas Jefferson Reed and his mother was Amanda Jane McDaniel. His maternal grandparents were John A McDaniel and Catherine Kittie Dennison. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Harvey, Martha Ellen, Mary Elizabeth and Annie Catherine. He was the youngest of the five children.-
